Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Orbis OS is a personal life organization system developed by Gabriel Rodrigues (gabriehlr@gmail.com). This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

2. Data You Provide

When you use Orbis OS, you may voluntarily provide:

• Account information: name, email address (required for account creation)
• Life content: projects, routines, todos, area missions, family member data, and other organizational information you create inside the app
• Settings and preferences: theme, language, notification settings, ADHD mode

3. Data Storage

All your content is stored locally on your device using an embedded SQLite database. Cloud sync is optional — if you enable it, your data is synced to Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). You can use Orbis OS entirely offline without cloud sync.

If cloud sync is enabled, your data is stored on Supabase servers located in the United States. Supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.

4. Authentication

Account login is handled by Supabase Auth. You may sign in with email/password or with Google (OAuth 2.0). Google sign-in is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We store only your name, email address, and profile picture URL from Google — no other Google account data is accessed.

5. Third-Party Services

Orbis OS uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and optional cloud sync (AWS-hosted)
• Firebase Crashlytics — anonymous crash reporting only (device model, OS version, stack traces). No personal content is ever included in crash reports.
• Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage analytics, only if you explicitly opt in during the consent screen. Disabled by default.
• OpenRouter / LLM providers — if you use the AI assistant feature, your life context (area summaries) may be sent to an LLM API. This is gated behind your explicit consent.

We do not use advertising networks, sell your data, or share personal content with any other third parties.

6. Your Rights (LGPD)

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and applicable international laws, you have the right to:

• Access all personal data stored about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete all your data at any time via Settings → Delete Account
• Export your data in JSON format via Settings → Export Data
• Withdraw consent for analytics or AI context at any time in Settings → Privacy

Account deletion removes all your data from our servers within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Orbis OS is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
