Delete Account

Account and data deletion request

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your Orbis OS account and all associated data at any time using one of the methods below.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your projects, routines, todos, family data, chat history, and preferences will be permanently removed.

What Gets Deleted

Your account and authentication credentials
All projects, routines, todos, and area missions
Family member data and children profiles
Chat history and AI conversation data
Preferences, settings, and consent records
All cloud-synced data on our servers

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: Inside the App (Recommended)

Open Orbis OS → Settings → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps. Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, send an email to the address below with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Orbis OS account. We will process your request within 30 days.

After Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

All cloud data is removed from our servers within 30 days
Local data on your device is deleted immediately (if done via the app)
Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled — please cancel via Google Play or Apple App Store before deleting your account
You may create a new account with the same email in the future, but no data will be recovered
