1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Orbis OS ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application immediately.

2. Description of Service

Orbis OS is a personal life organization system that helps you manage projects, routines, todos, and personal goals across six life areas: Health, Family, Income, Study, Leisure, and Environment. The app is designed for individual personal use.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Orbis OS for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
• Use the app to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

5. Intellectual Property

Orbis OS, its design, code, and all associated content are the intellectual property of the developer, Gabriel Rodrigues. All rights reserved. The app is provided for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or sublicensed.

6. User Content

All content you create within Orbis OS (projects, routines, missions, etc.) belongs to you. By enabling cloud sync, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the sync service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orbis OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data using the export feature in Settings.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the app or cloud sync services will be available at all times without interruption. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
